Project 1) Creature Book

Reign of the Bayou

This project is a series of creatures designed for a video game theme. In which, a researcher is trapped in a type of monster-like version of New Orleans, Louisiana and records creatures they find to survive.

Project 2) Narrative Style Guide

Soulless

CONTEXT: 
A developed style guide with an authentic story and content focuses on four characters and the environments in which they interact. The story includes two protagonists: a Demon Warrior who has escaped his warden and master in order to reclaim his soul and free will, and a Shaman Huntress who summons and assists the demon in retrieving his soul and freeing other tormented prisoners. Additionally, there are two antagonists: a Necromancer ruler who takes the souls of the dead to imprison and control them for his personal army and to fuel his own life, and a Warlord, who is the Necromancer's second-in-command, carrying out his bidding by executing victims for the Necromancer to control.

CHARACTERS CONCEPTS :

Two protagonists:

- A Demon Warrior, whom has escaped his warden and master in order to get back his soul and free will.

- A Shaman Huntress, whom summons and assists the demon to retrieve his soul and free all of the other tormented prisoners.

Two antagonists:

- A Necromancer ruler, whom takes souls of the dead to imprison and control for his own personal army and life fuel.

- A Warlord, whom is the second hand man to the Necromancer, he does his bidding by executing victims for the Necromancer to control.

ENVIRONMENT CONCEPTS
Scene 1: A Snow environment, centered around a mystical force of tribal stones or an ancient artifact.
   - This story scene is where the two protagonists meet for the first time.  

Scene 2: An underground Soul Prison, centered around the confinement of souls trapped within a pool and cages.
   - This story scene is where the final battle between the protagonists and antagonists are held. 

Project 3) Redesign of Archer - 19th Century

Archer Wild West

This piece is a redesigned character development in which the rivals Sterling Archer and Barry Dylan are reimagined in the 19th century, Wild West. Starring Archer as the town sheriff and Barry as the infamous outlaw seeking revenge.

Project 4) Sci-Fi Assassin Concept

Sci-fi Assassin

Story Background: A society who advanced thanks to a scientist of the Tech Corporate Industry. Who created the first portal to another realm, where he discovered a strange technology. Returning back he kept this from his bosses and industry - using it to advance his career at the right time. This caused him to over throw the corporate, then becoming the man who advanced all of society with his "invention", he took over the government and created a democracy; developing the world with his tech and image.
 

Where We Take Place: 20 years later, a young girl, Lyra Voss grows up in the underworld of this city due to the execution of her parents by the Corporate. She joins a rebellion as a smuggler to overthrow the Corporate heads and after a traitor occurrence, of one of their own, the corporate terminates almost the entire rebellion. Hungry for vengeance, she finds a more violent career as an assassin. Years later, getting an opportunity, she comes across an imprisoned orb in the world leader's chambers. After releasing it the orb, it attaches to her, forming into a mask that replicates half of her face. When caught she makes.a daring escape - learning new abilities on the fly that the mask has given her, During this escape, she is suddenly spoken to telepathically giving her directions - leading her to another enclosed room where she finds a void matter creature locked up. Escaping together they work with one another to terminate the world leader and dismantle the corporate.     

3D Sculpted Character Turn Around:

Based off the concept art below, Lyra Voss (Eclipse), the Sci-Fi Assassin, was turned into a 3D Character.
She was sculpted and posed in ZBrush, with assistance from Maya, painted in Substance Painter, and finalized in Marmoset Toolbar.
